From abstract on google patents: "21,040. Katz, R. A. Sept. 14. Anchoring.-A temporary shelter and anchoring- device for air-ships comprises a number of sheets c fastened at one end d to the aerostat, the other end being adapted to be secured to the ground, or secured over the upper part of the aerostat when not required. In rigid aerostats, the lower part of the outer covering of the aerostat is arranged so that it can be extended to form the temporary shelter and anchoring-device. At the front of the aerostat is arranged a vertical wall, to which sheets are attached to close the end of the shelter."
