Patent RU-1900-11507

From Inventing aviation

Longer delay before granting than seems typical for patents filed contemporaneously.

It seems the international family has overlapping but not identical members all generally deriving from Boussin's French patent for the 'auto-aviator', Patent FR-1899-292828. The illustrations of the present patent match those of Patent DE-1900-120712 and Patent DE-1900-123165.

  • Inventor location: Парижѣ / Paris
  • Filed 1899-12-28 J = 1900-01-09 G
  • Granted 1907-01-30 J = 1907-02-12 G
  • This application is printed with a protection certificate number, which it seems was issued retroactively, due to passage of the 1906 Russian industrial law while the application was still pending. Yet the 1906 law is not mentioned before the claims, with the earlier law cited instead.
