- Appears to be a helicopter apparatus, possibly attached to a regular airplane, possibly with a smart ratcheted connection to the engine, and definitely with a vertical rudder to reduce the aircraft spinning in response to the helicopter blades moving. The diagrams show a three-bladed helicopter.
- This is a foreign filing of Patent FR-1906-367357 which was filed in France on 22 June 1906, approved that October, and this one was filed in Britain the next June.
- Inventor/applicants are a bit unclear ; I think it's one company, with slightly variant names, and one individual ; they have a matching French and British patents to triangulate from. This patent seems to say that the individuals Armand Peugeot and Tony Huber are involved in the invention, not just owners of the company with rights to it. However based on the original French one, I'm interpreting de Lostalot as the only inventor. Not sure that's the right interpretation, but that's ensconced in the data here for now.
