From the addition we can infer that the original concerns the mounting of a steering lever ("le levier unique monté à cardan ou rotule"). The second addition, Patent FR-1912-408057.16134, further informs us that the original patent dealt with rapid braking during landing.
The simple title "Perfectionnements aux appareils d'aviation" is quite likely, and the patent agent Armengaud jeune is likely pertinent. We assume here that these are the same as in the addition.
