Charles Arthur Wragg was an engraver from Melbourne who filed airplane patents starting in 1914 and continuing into the 1920s.

His address in 1914 was 355 Post Office Place, Melbourne; around 1919 he seems to have moved to the US, possibly to Washington. Later on (in the 1920s) he also filed from New York state and then London.

In the period up to 1920, he filed two main families of patents, Patent AU-1914-14892 and Patent US-1918-1589780, both related to arrangements of airfoils. These families were combined in Patent DE-1920-417049.
